Ready to get Invisalign! Every service staff member was very friendly! Wisdom tooth extraction wasn't too painful and the service was very professional. Highly recommended!

During my visit to Vietnam in February, I had the chance to try out the teeth whitening service there. I was pleasantly surprised by the results, as I didn't feel any pain or sensitivity at all. The staff was very attentive and provided thorough consultations while being really friendly. I felt really happy and satisfied with this experience!"

has a tray appointment today, you'll probably have to wait a few hours." OMG, then she told me to contact the doctor myself, even though if the doctor was busy, how could they answer me? Okay, I know I was wrong for being 30 minutes late, but why didn't the doctor and receptionist proactively contact me to say that since I was late, I could reschedule my appointment for the afternoon or another day? I agreed because it was my fault. But when I arrived, the receptionist was very rude. I waited for almost an hour, and when I asked her again, she said it was my fault for being late. Okay, I know I was late, but if you're going to schedule a later appointment, just call me so I can arrange my schedule. Even though I still had to go to the dental clinic for an appointment, I hated it! I hated the receptionist's attitude!
