t this clinic. I am really glad I did! I messaged the Facebook page to first enquire and was promptly replied to by the attendant. I had quite a few questions on both service and price prior to committing and all those questions were answered by the friendly attendant- Ha. They even had the dentist - Alyssa, call me to provide further reassurance. I was wanting to also have a holiday in Vietnam whilst I was there and they were really good at ensuring that we could get all the work required completed around my holiday plans. To cut a long story short, the service from both Ha, Alyssa and the whole team at the dental hospital was exceptional. Always greeted with a smile and briefed on what works were to be done. Hygiene practices could not be faulted and the quality of work was exceptional. I felt in better hands with Alyssa than my home dentist. Thanks again for the great experience and a fantastic outcome!

very disappointing experience. hard sell and over promising. came back for a warranty appointment but not all was repaired. the seen cracked tooth was repaired but not the other cracked tooth (second molar) as was told that's a wear and tear so no repair for it. had a slight chip in the front tooth as well but only polishing was done for it (let's hope it does not give way and crack anytime soon).
I am still suffering from a dental bone graft at this place in May 2024, the numbness in my chin is still with me after 12 months of the most excruciating procedure. These people will deny to accept any responsibility and I beg anyone reading this to stay right away.
Very thorough work. They are very caring and professional. This is my second time back and I highly recommend their company

Like some other reviews have stated..... I was giving the hard sell to do a lot of work on my teeth. When I went to another clinic I found that it was not needed. It is also not a very comfortable clinic. There is people next to you when you get work done on the teeth. Yes.... There will be another person next to you getting their teeth drilled. I came today to get a new filling for my old one that had been causing me pain for a long time. Dr. Hieu and his assistant, Diem, were very friendly and lovely, explained everything thoroughly, and performed the procedure gently and effectively. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back again. ❤️

Walked into the dentist to make an appointment - they ask me to sit they do a check. Tell me I need 2 fillings, I asked for a full clean and polish. They explain cost before they begin and if you don’t want fillings. That’s okay they’re just letting you know maybe next visit you get this done. before they do it. I’d suggest bringing earplugs if the noise scares you. But it’s painless it’s just the sound that I wasn’t a fan of. Haven’t been to the dentist since I was here 6 years ago. $76 I’ll never use an Aussie dentist again, My past experiences have sucked. I LOVE Vietnam!!

Really bad job with basic cleaning and polishing. Dentist spent more time upselling me services than doing what I asked for. To add insult to injury I was overcharged at reception but at least they had the decency to refund me.

n the age of technology and advertising, it was really difficult to choose - I worked at a hotel and asked anyone with beautiful teeth, then asked my friends who I could ask... And then I went to experience it myself and I went to 3 places for consultation, including DR. Hung on Cong Quynh Street, a large dental center - my first impression was 70/100, it has many factors such as price - facilities and team of dentists "a little comment about the first minute when I haven't made a choice yet, but I still hope that the doctor who collects the money will be happier 😂, at this time I just consulted so I only paid 500k for the film, because it's important so I need time and research but I feel like she's not very friendly, a little hurt so at first it was only 70/100 😂) Luckily the consulting doctor and the consultant here were very very happy. I went to two more places that were also introduced by friends, but honestly, I felt that the first impression was not there and the facilities were not very guaranteed. Because I thought I didn't know the actual skills of the doctors, but the equipment at Dr. Hung made me feel secure, clean, separate and modern. After that, I decided to follow the protocol the doctor gave me. Still having a fearful mentality and a lucky mentality, I signed my name but was still very hesitant - and then just jumped in and as a result, I had the right choice when choosing Dr. Hung. Very beautiful, very natural, completely satisfied. I'm also shy to show off before and after pictures, but if anyone is still wondering, you can ask the hospital about my profile to see the difference. Dr. Minh Tam have me great service today. I needed a 3 root tooth extracted. I told him I don't like pain. He did the job and there was no pain :)
