I first went to this clinic for an emergency appointment, where I was well attended to and the problem was minimally resolved. I scheduled a follow-up appointment, as the problem that brought me there the first time required further follow-up, which resulted in a root canal. The internal retainer in my upper teeth, placed years before to prevent misalignment, was removed. During this root canal, they realized that the bone around the tooth was disappearing and that I needed to be seen by other doctors with different specialties to determine what could be done. After being examined by two doctors, they presented me with two solutions, and I opted for tooth extraction and implant placement...all of this happened between April and May. In June, I had my first appointment to have an impression taken and a temporary tooth made. I was assured that they would contact me before August to place the temporary tooth. I waited. Since there had been no further contact, on October 18th I contacted the clinic and explained the situation, stating that I had been waiting for months for them to call me and that my teeth were becoming misaligned due to lack of retention. In addition, I have pain in the tooth, which is supposedly devitalized. An appointment was scheduled for today at 5:00 pm. Yesterday, very late in the day, they called and informed me that the appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm, without even explaining the reason or asking the client if there was a possibility of changing it. Obviously, I did not accept the change of time and showed up at the clinic at 4:48 pm. An hour later, still without being seen, I asked if it was taking a long time. Only then was I informed that the doctor was performing surgery, without them being able to specify an end time. They suggested returning another day, at a time that is not at all convenient and is mismatched to the schedules of anyone with a normal work schedule. There was no apology whatsoever, neither from the receptionist nor from the dentist who completely forgot about his patient. The notes recorded in the system are so disorganized that the receptionist was stating that I had been there on October 18th and that I even already had the temporary tooth in place (apparently these blunders are now normal, considering other existing comments). I am currently without retention, with my teeth moving and misaligned, the devitalized tooth hurting, without a temporary tooth, and with the situation unresolved. Attempts at sympathy are useless if patients, in addition to being forgotten, are also harmed and left with pending problems. I don't think this is the most correct or even ethical way to treat a patient...

They are very friendly, but the doctor only saw my son for a maximum of 5 minutes. My son fell and hit his teeth, his gums were swollen and no treatment was possible. She said to come back in 2 weeks and I paid €40 for that "consultation". At the other clinic they advised doing an x-ray and returning for treatment, and I didn't pay anything for that consultation.

Excellent service. Very good follow-up during the weekend emergency appointment. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. They said to contact me if I needed anything. I developed swelling in my gums and called for advice, as I know the dentist isn't to blame, and they said they would speak to the dentist and then contact me back. They didn't contact me, and I had to try two more times before finally getting through. The doctor said he would prescribe an antibiotic, but the system wasn't working and asked me to wait. The next morning I contacted them again and they asked me to wait. However, I'm still waiting for the antibiotic prescription and haven't been contacted back. This forces me to change my rating because they never call back.

On Thursday I paid €70 for an urgent consultation where I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes because only after that time could the doctor come to the clinic. Terrible. I called the clinic to schedule an appointment with a specific doctor. They said there would only be an opening in two weeks. To my astonishment, on the day of the appointment, they had no record of it! It's unbelievable. I waited two weeks for an appointment that was never even scheduled due to sheer incompetence! The appointment was made on November 20th, 2023 at 11:59 AM, via telephone (just in case you want to investigate who is responsible). It was supposed to be my first appointment, but I completely lost interest. That's all.
