I went to this clinic for an evaluation, however I ended up having two treatments there, little did I know what a nightmare it was inside. The waiting time was awful, appointments are scheduled based on the doctors' availability, and the attitudes of the staff and the handling of clients' money were shameful. I had a cavity treated where the tooth was completely destroyed, leaving a huge gap between my teeth (in which, nowadays, any food I put in my mouth accumulates in that space), and most serious of all was not being able to proceed with another treatment worth €300, which I had to pay in advance and then decided not to go ahead with. Today, January 23rd, it has been more than a month since I signed the credit note for a refund, but only about a week ago did they ask for my IBAN for the supposed transfer. To this day, I have not received any information that they received the IBAN, that the amount would be transferred by a certain date, etc. I only got all this information when I called them back and was informed of it. However, the most important information they could tell me was that the transfer would be made by the end of the week, but since I don't trust or believe in any of the professionals there, I decided to get the details of everyone who answered me and file a complaint with the competent authority to see if they start to have more respect and consideration for those who are the clients who keep the doors open. I strongly do not recommend this type of clinic, whether it's a free evaluation or not. • The secretarial service is not fully informed, because refunds are sometimes made in 3 to 5 days or in 15 days to 1 month (meaning they should be between 3 and 5 weeks). • Medical assessments are ridiculously done because they even talk about problems we don't have, as happened to me. I supposedly had 2 or 3 cavities, but it turned out to be just one, and then my tooth was almost destroyed. • Treatment by the dentists fell far short of what I expected. I felt lumps in my tooth, the filling came out a lot, leaving a huge gap between my teeth. • Lack of professionalism from the team on several levels. In short, it's a service I used and paid for. I've already filed a complaint in the complaints book because it has serious problems, and despite everything, they won't resolve them, nor do they even care about the customers.

The first time I went there, they treated me well. But after being evaluated, they said they would give me a statement with the diagnosis to give to my family doctor. I've been waiting for over a year and they haven't given me anything. I called and said I would ask for the complaints book when I got there. Yesterday I went there and brought the letter.
