I approached the team for an implant. The team at CityDent were very accommodating and had many English speakers available to support. The treatment was clearly explained and meticulously undergone. Very happy, would recommend.

A clean, bright and spacious clinic. Very friendly staff. I am very happy with the cleaning that the young male dentist performed (I rudely forgot to ask his name!). Very efficient and thorough work with no pain. I certainly won't wait so long until next time I go visit again. Recommended!

topic of the appointment was being discussed but then there was silence on the texting thread and I wanted to discuss my wife’s appointment but somehow we didn’t reach that part. Some time management on their behalf especially when the client is outside the country should be their utmost priority. Two days calling CityDent keeping in mind there is a time zone difference and still my questions or concerns are not answered. It shouldn’t take more than one call to get things done but two attempts and I’m not sure if I need to make a third one has become frustrating. Please do better CityDent. Update 7-16-25 After finally acknowledging my frustrations and offering an apology I have decided to update CityDent with 3 stars due to the fact that I was very honest with this review and look forward to gave them 5 stars when I arrive at their clinic. Update 9-23-25 City Dent exceed my expectations and I am happy to say, I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks again and a special shout out to Mrs Zafarani, she took care of me and my wife.
