Been here a few times now for an MRI and CT. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and lovely. MRI staff were the same. Special thanks to Ash and Jack with the CT team, they were friendly, polite, compassionate and made the experience as good as can be. Every attribute you would want in a health care professional. Great team, keep up the good work.

Disgusting reception staff! Extremely rude and incompetent. My partner has been trying to get a ultra sound for our first baby and we've had nothing but bad attitude and an extreme lack of care from the reception staff. We've followed every process the way we were asked and still get told that we can't be seen. Honestly I've heard this place lacks customer service but this honestly unacceptable. You are truly disgusting people.

Although I only have the best to say of the people doing scans MRI's and Ultrasounds, I feel extremely let down by Dr Dixon who sadly knows me personally but still obviously did not take the care or time to properly read the CORRECT results of my recent Brain MRI. He said it was normal when it is not. How do any of us trust results from this company when this type of error is made. I have had really awful and frightening symptoms for over 6 months and getting worse. Yet was so relieved to read nothing was found in an MRI to my brain - only to find this was a false reading. I am extremely disappointed indeed. Having worked with you on occasion at Mid Central, and you knew my Dad professionally before he passed away, I did not expect special treatment... but I certainly expected the findings of the MRI that you reported to have the actual true facts in it. Sadly I do not believe I will ever trust any reading of a result you ever get to do of mine ever again.
You let down all the wonderful people who work for Broadway Radiology; for example the special woman who performed this MRI, and I will be discussing the costing of over 3000.00 with the Insurance Company also, if it includes your payment for mis-reading the results of my brain MRI.

Bad experience! no any message to me in advance for the postponed examination date. When I arrive the receiption on the day, the lady still let me wait for the treatment for 40 min even the appointment has been postponed. Although the examination stuff was nice, still very angry with their service.

Second bad experience! Very obnoxious staff, not allowing both parents to be in for the scan citing business policy. Please avoid going here as the staff is rude, judgemental and disrespectful (Don't know what's the point of scanning people with their eyes from head to toe when talking to patients at the entry).

This review is on the behalf of my partner.
Unfortunately my partner has a wrist injury that the doctors/physio are trying to figure out. After being referred to broadway radiology, she was greeted with the upmost disrespect from one of the x-ray operators. After explaining her situation, she seem to be borderline tolerable.
After the X-ray was taken, she was then moved to the ultrasound waiting area, where she overheard the x-ray operator and ultrasound operator (Clara?) talking disrespectfully behind my partner back, this really offended my partner making her feel like such a inconvenience on these two rude employees lives.
This has put a-lot of unnecessary stress on my partner in what is a very stressful time in our lives!
I AM TOTALLY SHOCKED WITH HOW THESE “PROFESSIONALS” HAVE TREATED MY PARTNER, AND WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN.
