Nice people, but €165.00 for a 5-minute adjustment is way too expensive. Also, new teeth for an old man's lower jaw, €2600.00, isn't decent. It fits well, but it's way too expensive.

dental practice is very run down, dentists and assistants are very very rude and her BO was horrible. not to even mention the lack of care the receptionist have. do not come to this dental practice!

Very disappointing. I had a consultation with Dr Norli. She was rude and very defensive when I politely asked for more information about the different treatment options. Besides, she charged me for X-rays I never requested. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

I had the worst experience with unorganized & unfriendly staff as a whole. It doesn't cost anything to be greeted with a Smile, a friendly voice and bubbly personality. Claudia lacks these attributions! She has poor communication skills, appalling customer service and she's disappointing and the worst Receptionist!! Management TAKE NOTE! Treatment fine but you will get 3rd Class Service!! Expensive and unnecessary dental work. Place run down !

Booked appointment at Earlville and was confirmed with Mt Sheridan practice. Travelled 80 Km to arrive for appointment only to be told my appointment had been cancelled due to no dentist available. They booked another appointment for the next week. Receive a appointment confirmation text day before and replied Yes. 5 minutes later receive call to inform me the dentist would be off sick for a week. Would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Got a tooth removed. The dentist chip one of my tooth when doing this. Then hot a crown from them. Big mistake. Complained once about the colour being to dark. Did a second one. Should have complained, because it is also too dark. Never been to such amateur. Please don't go there!!! So disappointed!!!

I live rural and had a severely infected wisdom tooth. Made it down to cairns for my appointment which I had booked two days prior (having informed them what it was for) only to be told that my dentist was sick on the day. The staff were quite rude, telling me that they had tried to make contact with me (called me once). I explained to them that I had been asleep for 48 hours straight and delirious for the very little time I had been awake waiting for my appointment (I had needed to wait for someone to become free to drive me to Cairns), so I must have missed the phone call. When I asked if they could please fit me in as this was now a dental emergency, they very bluntly told me there was nothing they could do and offered me an appointment for a week's time. Thankfully another dental clinic in town was able to see me, as I most likely wouldn't have lasted the rest of the day without landing in hospital. I totally understand that dentists get sick, and there genuinely might have been nothing the receptionists could do. However, the very poor attempt to contact me paired with the total lack of care or regard towards a patient who was quite obviously very ill standing in their waiting room in serious pain has made me glad I never got further than their front desk.

Been going to these dentists for years however Alex Badura was so rude and condescending that I won’t be back. Years of attending this dental facility and not one dentist had mentioned any issues for improvement even when prompted. I didn’t receive any further advice after my appointment just rude remarks throughout. I have learned during this appointment of an issue that is now irreversible due to the negligence of these dentists over the years only now informing me. I have booked into see another dentist and find out what else these guys may have missed. I feel angry that I have been wasting my money on bad dental care for years. Save your money and book anywhere else.
