It turns out I had been messaging a remote "sales manager" for a month, who never bothered to forward my medical history to the actual clinic. 2. Bait-and-switch tactics: The guaranteed 3-month treatment plan suddenly turned into a "minimum 2-year" process the moment I sat in the dentist's chair. 3. Zero accountability: Nobody apologized or took responsibility for the massive waste of my time, money, and international logistics. While I was there, I witnessed another patient arguing with the staff over a very similar issue. This is clearly a systemic problem. They use aggressive sales tactics and fake promises to lure expats and tourists in, completely ignoring medical protocols. If you value your time and seek professional medical care, avoid this place.
This is a clean, professional and ultra modern clinic. My wife and I received some of the best service we've ever had in our lives and the pricing was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

We had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM, but there was already a queue when we arrived. When we asked how long the wait would be, they told us 10–15 minutes. However, that time came and went, and we were still waiting. Honestly, be prepared to wait an hour or even longer.

but afterward, the man and I sat in the hallway outside the x-ray room for about 20-30 minutes, waiting for something to happen. After a while, the receptionist came back and took us to the appointment rooms. Total wait time was about an hour with an appointment. Next came the cleaning. The cleaning was very quick, about 15-20 minutes. The cleaning includes scaling and polishing; AirFlow and fluoride treatments are not included. There was a discount on the cleaning; it only cost 160 dong. BUT, upon closer examination of my teeth, I saw that tartar remained on some of them, indicating the cleaning hadn't been done thoroughly. In total, I spent almost an hour and a half at the clinic, 5 minutes of which were spent on x-rays and 20 minutes on cleaning, with the remaining hour spent waiting for who knows what. It's extremely strange to encounter this during a scheduled appointment.
I am very pleased with the dentists and staff at the clinic. They were very professional, clean, modern equipment and very good english as well. It was great experience. I will definitely come back next time I am in Vietnam, I highly recommend.

t. A proper cleaning should take significantly longer and be more detailed. Additionally, I had to explicitly ask for polishing. This was not offered by default, which is unusual, as polishing is generally considered a standard part of a cleaning procedure. Without asking, it simply would not have been done. Communication was also inconsistent. The reception staff spoke good English, which was helpful, but the dentists themselves spoke little to no English. This made it difficult to understand what was being done or to ask questions during the procedure. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unstructured, and below professional standards. I would recommend improving time management, communication, and the quality and completeness of the cleaning service. Based on this experience I would not return.

fine. I had whitening done in Moscow before, and that procedure was much more painful. This clinic was much better; it still wasn't as painful, even though I have very sensitive teeth. The cleaning cost 200,000 dong and the whitening 3,000,000 dong. I don't speak English, so the doctor communicated with me through a translator and explained everything well. He was a good young guy. I didn't like the clinic. The doctor left me in the chair and then left for over 30 minutes; he didn't answer all my questions. Everyone at the clinic is forced to have X-rays, even before the consultation. With such service, the prices are high. I won't be treated at this clinic and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service. We came here for a check up. We are so impressed with the modern facilities and friendly staff. The dentists are very knowledgeable and honest. They take their time to explain the details and most importantly they're not trying to upsale. I feel I'm in good hands. The office offer free x-ray and consultation. No pressure, no tugging, he gently loosened and extracted the teeth. Everything went smoothly. The good thing about this place is they don’t charge you for consultation however I felt very uncomfortable when I was there the staff I was with was so unprofessional.
