The doctor checked everything very thoroughly, explained my oral condition in detail using easy-to-understand language, and didn't use any difficult terminology that would confuse me. Each treatment option was clearly analyzed for its advantages and disadvantages, with transparent costs, and there was absolutely no feeling of being pressured into the service. During the treatment, the doctor was very gentle, focused, and meticulous. I was particularly impressed by the doctor's constant questioning about my feelings and adjustments if there was even the slightest discomfort. It was clear that this was a highly skilled professional dedicated to their work. The assistants and technicians were also extremely professional. Every step, from preparing instruments and sterilizing to assisting the doctor, was done smoothly and carefully. Throughout the procedure, they constantly observed and asked if I was okay and if I needed a break. Such small acts of care made me feel truly cared for, not just treated as a "dental procedure." After completion, I received very detailed instructions on how to care for my teeth at home, dietary recommendations, and follow-up appointments. It wasn't just a simple procedure; I continued to be monitored and checked on afterward. This made me highly appreciate the professionalism and responsibility of the clinic. Overall, the team at Athena works very cohesively: from the receptionists and assistants to the doctors, everyone has a positive, polite, and dedicated attitude. They not only have excellent expertise but also create a sense of security and trust. For me, this is not just a dental clinic, but a place I would readily return to and recommend to family and friends.

This request was justified because my lower teeth were even, and after extracting two teeth from my upper teeth, the traction was quite good and not difficult, so screws weren't necessary. 2. When my teeth were in shape, meaning there were only a few gaps and the bite wasn't yet dental standard, the doctor tightened my upper and lower jaws with elastic bands for 6 months continuously, even though there were no gaps during check-ups. At first, I didn't know how to tighten the braces to completely close the gaps. I just noticed that every month the tightening was painful, making it difficult for me to eat properly, so I had to eat porridge. I gently asked the dentist, "Sir, can I not tighten my teeth anymore?" The dentist smiled and said, "Are you afraid of your teeth sinking in?" => The result was that the following month, tightening both my jaws was incredibly painful. That day, he was also angry about something, and the manipulation was very painful. The bite check showed that I could bite paper firmly and cut it normally. :)) I was so angry that I went to Nghia Tan, where they were attentive and caring for me for the first two months. I also confided in them that the Nguyen Dinh Chieu clinic didn't listen to their customers. And then, on that very day, they tightened my teeth, causing me to misalign my jaw. I went at 10 a.m. on day A for the tightening, and at 10 a.m. on day B (1 day), the gaps were barely touched and completely closed. Then the dental clinic told me not to wear elastics. I still wore them at night because I needed to talk during the day, and in the first few days, the elastics were too tight and painful. 1. After I made a fuss, they called the head of the department to come and give me a plan, and that resolved the issue. 2. In two months of 2025, I went to the dental clinic 7 times due to the doctor's negligence, just to adjust my braces. I don't remember the months when I went twice. 3. Customer service calls you every month, usually the receptionist, and they only call to ask about procedures. Even if you have suggestions or requests, you have to be very firm to get any support; otherwise, they won't help. For example, even after I removed my braces, they still called to ask if my teeth hurt... :)) I told them I had removed them, and they apologized and left it at that. 4. Regarding hygiene, after I had braces for over a year, a customer complained that the dental clinic was dirty and didn't sanitize the instruments. Later, I saw them packaging the instruments and then reporting them to customers. But whether it was clean or not is unknown because one day they left an old water cup there instead of throwing it away, and I drank from it while rinsing my mouth during a dental procedure. :)) 5. Each follow-up appointment was with a different doctor if you had treatment at Nghia Tan. And because I didn't read the patient's medical records, I didn't understand what the patient needed, so if I didn't say anything, it would be a disaster. In my case, I was so frustrated that I only remembered in the last 7 or 8 months. .... Okay, that's enough for now. I'm sharing this frustration with you all so you can consider it carefully.
