i went there as my veneer they implanted once again broke. it’s thursday, the dentist isn’t here for 2 days and i’m in pain and have no tooth.. they can’t provide a service for 2 days. this is in my opinion terrible service for emergency or follow up care and i suggest people consider this before using there services.

If your insurance company offers you this clinic, refuse!!!!! The prices are outrageous, they're a bunch of quacks! I asked to have a filling replaced, they drilled out the entire tooth, opened the canals, and then paid cash for everything. In the end, they quoted me 15,000 baht! The temporary filling fell out the next day.

On January 21, 2025, I visited this clinic under my insurance policy. I must say right away that my visit was pleasant and the service was professional! First, they took a full jaw x-ray. On a large screen, they showed not only the source of the pain but also potential future problems elsewhere. They offered me two options: I chose tooth extraction, removal of the pus, and wound healing, with a subsequent decision on implantation. The second option was root canal treatment with a success rate of up to 60%, but that wasn't my option. The entire procedure was conducted with the help of a translator, with the doctor, a relatively young specialist, displaying information on a large screen and on the screen in front of me. The doctor answered many of my questions, prescribed treatment after the extraction, and provided me with all the necessary medications. They also sent me a link on WhatsApp with instructions on measures to take after the tooth extraction. From there, it's up to me to strictly take the prescribed medications. Excellent doctor, works with insurance companies, removed the nerve, saw on the day of the request. I installed a crown at my own expense, the price is the same as in Russia. I recommend it.

As someone who's afraid of dentists even in my own country, I'll write this. The place is excellent! The staff is young but professional, and even under stress, they'll wait until you're ready to work. If you don't speak the language, as mentioned earlier, they have a translator available so you can communicate with them. They do their work very carefully and meticulously. They offer several treatment options. Some people say they had something done to them and then it fell off because they didn't follow the recommendations for further treatment. Or they simply refused the specific treatment they were given. Treatment options include those covered by insurance (with further recommendations) and those covered by insurance. The prices are much better compared to Russia. In the end, they even prescribed pills (painkillers and antibiotics) that they didn't have to buy; they were simply given to them after the treatment!
