I've been receiving dental care here for 3 or 4 years now and I'm quite satisfied.

Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. They treated five teeth (cervical caries) in one visit without anesthesia, which was extremely painful, but I decided to endure it, thinking that perhaps it was supposed to be that way. The procedure only took about 30 minutes. Five days later, the pain hadn't subsided; it was even worse than before the treatment, so I returned to the same clinic. There, they told me I had "dentinitis" (that's what they called it) and that the filling in one of my teeth needed to be completely redone, as they had initially used cheap materials, but now they would "put in good ones." Why they didn't put in high-quality fillings right away is unclear. They refused to send me for an X-ray to check the nerve. They gave me a half-hearted anesthesia, after my persuasion, and didn't even wait for it to take effect. Opening the filling was excruciatingly painful and very aggressive—it felt like they wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible; the doctor was constantly nervous. In the end, I couldn't stand it any longer and went to another clinic. They took an X-ray, which already showed that I was starting to have nerve problems. The doctors had to re-treat that tooth and two others, where the fillings were also botched. I have no issues with the receptionists—the girls are friendly and do their job, but I wouldn't recommend going to the attending physician (I don't remember his name). I wouldn't recommend him if you're expecting attentive and meticulous treatment.

I got my teeth done here in 2018, and now in 2026, my crowns are still in excellent condition. I had almost everything done at this clinic, from braces to implants to crowns, all by Dr. Loc. Before coming here, my husband and I visited several dental clinics in Nha Trang to get quotes. Many of them seemed more focused on making money, often pushing for crowns as a quick way to profit. This clinic stood out because it’s extremely clean, modern, and has a friendly, judgment free atmosphere. Even now, whenever I see a dentist in Canada, they always compliment my crowns, implants, and the overall dental work. They’re often amazed that such an incredible job was done by a dentist in Vietnam. Everything looks so natural and well done. I’m so proud because I had them done in Vietnam at a fraction of the cost I would have paid in Canada. It’s been 8 years, and my crowns still look fantastic. They’ve kept their color, have no stains, and no one can even tell they’re crowns. I actually just came back recently to get everything checked. Two crowns on my implant teeth had broken, and when I returned to the clinic, they fixed them completely free under warranty. I honestly expected to pay for the repair myself, but they still honored the warranty after all these years. That really showed me how professional and responsible they are toward their patients. I also love their ongoing customer support. Even years later, whenever I have a question, I just message them on Facebook, and they’re always helpful. If you’re ever in Vietnam, I highly recommend this clinic. The prices are affordable, the quality of work is excellent, and the environment is clean and professional. It’s a decision I’m so glad I made.

I had an emergency, my filling had broken off a piece of it. I looked up the Internet and saw the reviews, so I went to Dr.Tooth. They had an opening and took me in right away. Gave me an estimate, did the filling and it was perfect. 45 minutes. And price is very reasonable. Doctor is very polite, gentle and kind. Facility super clean. Staff wonderful. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent dental clinic. Highly skilled dentists and dental hygienists. Surgery is spotless. Receptionists speak reasonable English so communication is easy. Very affordable prices too.
