Very disappointing experience after full payment. 1. I was told my clear aligners would take about 1 month, but almost 2 months passed with no update. I had to follow up myself, and was told to go to Bangkok due to “no doctor in Pattaya,” which turned out not to be true. No proactive communication or effort to resolve the delay. 2. I was given the wrong aligner set and had to drive back to the clinic after leaving. No apology. 3. A required upper protective retainer was missing and promised to be delivered. After 3 days, I followed up with the admin team, only to be told that I had misunderstood and that retainers are only provided after completing treatment. This was incorrect, as this is a different type of retainer with a different purpose. The admin staff didn’t attempt to clarify internally before responding, and I had to insist that they recheck the information. Eventually, they confirmed my understanding was correct. Again, no apology. Poor communication, poor coordination, and lack of responsibility. Not recommended.
