Today I took my family for a teeth cleaning, and am still left upset hours later for what happened. The experience with the two children who saw a woman dentist upstairs was positive, but our other child and my father did not receive professional care. We went for a cleaning, and they did something completely different without talking with me about the cost first. My 62 year old father was asked to pay 190 dollars and I don’t even know what they did!! They showed me 3-4 teeth they would fix up that were sensitive, but in the end did 12. Although the experience with the woman dentist was positive, we would not return or recommend because of the experience of our other 2 family members, especially my father. I’m left uncomfortable with how much I had to pay and the lack of clarity before they went ahead and did it.
