Had a very poor experience at this place. I went here to have my tooth fixed, I had a toothache in my premolar tooth., a cavity.So first day I came in , I waited for about 20 mins before I saw a dentist , they took my Xray . Then 15 mins later they told me that the Xray they took was not good , so they have to retake it . Ok . They did. Then the dentist comes back and says you need to have 3 of my teeth fixed, and for that reason I need to see their specialist Endodontist, but he is only available the next day afternoon . I paid 1,5 million rupiah for the Xray btw. Then when I asked the results of it, they sent me the file that was absolutely impossible to read, very hard to open , and which consisted of many weird things, but not the Xray image. So finally I had my root canal done at another place , they were available sooner . But I still wanted to see that specialist Endodontist ,at 911, so I set up an appointment with him , to which I arrived on set date and time . But he was not available. When I was at the clinic waiting for my appointment they finally decided to tell me that there was some miscommunication and the doctor is not available, then they said he had some emergency or God knows what. Point is I have wasted my time going there once again. Definitely never coming back!! Poor customer service , bad nurse or whoever too my Xray, irresponsible Endodontist , bad customer service once again, and the technician who so poorly sent that weird file instead of my Xray did a very bad job as well. Overall so unprofessional

I went here and i went to the room i asked them if they receive the message i send them (it was about my allergys and what i wanted to do todayand how I wanted the specialist) they said they didn't do they walked out of the room and for 30 MINUTES nobody came to help me, I went to the hall way and that were talking about the plan BUT THEY DID NOT CHECK ME YET !! Then I told them to come since I was waiting so long they came in a few minutes and told me I needed a crown. I don't want that because the problem was much broader, so I had to get another appointment with a specialist because she was not. They almost charged me !!

I went for a consultation with Dr. Marik to get information on what to do about my wisdom teeth. I made it clear at the beginning of the appointment between me and the doctor that I am not in a financial position to do any expensive X-Ray scans right now. And i’m here mostly for the doctor consultation. When he started selling me pills for a problem he hadn't described to me and I hinted to him again about my financial situation: he started saying that I was disrespectful. if I don't have money, I'm disrespectful. (Not every bule have money, doctor Marik). I left the room afterward and my appointment was more than 5 minutes awake. At the end of the visit I thanked him for his time, to which I also received no response. It was rather disrespectful to me that I have to pay for a consultation to a doctor who did not explain to me what could be the cause of my wisdom teeth problem and called me disrespectful. I hope that the management will take action and Dr. Marik will think about the fact that first of all he is a doctor who should help people, and not try to sell as many services as possible and get paid for it.

In the past 6 months I’ve had pretty much a complete reconstruction of mouth, with crowns for my top and bottom front teeth and 3 implants. The service has been impeccable and the quality of the work is amazing. Dr Sylvia is an absolute gem. A day after having the crowns fitted on my bottom teeth I felt something may have been off. I messaged her (on a Sunday) and she responded within the hour on her day off and organised for a time to come in the following day. I cannot highly recommend them enough. Thank you Dr Sylvia for giving me a new smile and a new founded confidence.

Went to 911 dental clinic to do couple of crowns and fillings and my experience was amazing. Dr Indira and her assistants were so professional. Will definitely be back.

I had look at the reviews and it seems people are happy. But I have to warn you that if you want life lasting dental problems, go to there. I have been busy with my dental problems more than 10 years. They don’t have work ethics and don’t understand what you’re saying. At the beginning, you think you went there and you saved money but, by the time you will find out that you’re mistaken and realised it cost you more money! And all that painful, stressful time you have left with. I had 5 implants there and the first year, their crowns-3 fallen.They used very thick implant and it’s been removed. Few years later, I figured out that my another implant was causing my bone resolving and it had to be removed. Still I believed to Dr Marik and I made another one, but I have pain and can’t even get to use it. They covered screw but two days later it’s fallen, too. I also had with temporary crowns and my mouth was smelling like a dead fish because of material they used. Someone recommended my husband and I so regret that I went there. I am not going to recommend this clinic to anyone.
